Tour Our Clinic


Hadley Hill Farm, home of Don Ryker, DVM & Associates, is located on 30 acres in Ortonville, Mich. Features of the farm and clinic include:

  • Three barns with 22 stalls.
  • Indoor arena available for bad weather turnout for 'in clinic' cases and winter soundness and prepurchase exams.
  • Turnout with three-board fencing and 2x4 wire mesh.
  • Eighteen paddocks, two pastures and 16-foot laneways between paddocks.
  • Fully heated treatment area with stocks and wash rack.
  • Fully padded surgery and recovery stall.
  • Isolation stalls.
  • Treatment stalls equipped with monitoring cameras, IV fluids capabilities and a neonate box.

 




Tip: Hauling into the clinic for an examination and/or vaccinations has several advantages. It will save you at least $50.00 in call fees. The clinic is set up for all types of examinations, including ultrasound of the legs or the reproductive tract of the mare. Endoscopic exams can be performed in the stocks providing safety and proper restraint for all. Lameness exams can be performed in the clinic with stalls being available to wait in while the effect of the local anesthetics set in.
